Losi MX Dakar conversion kit

MX Dakar conversion set.

This Knight Customs designed set will upgrade your existing Losi Promoto MX to a fantastic looking Dakar race replica.

Please read the description carefully before ordering.

3D printed to the highest standards and in selected materials, including flexible parts for some impact protection.
The bodywork is a rigid material that has a fine surface but will requires some surface finishing if you want a high gloss painted finish. 
The belly-pan and headstock light cluster is made from a carbon reinforced material. 
2 rear mudguards are included in this set, the original style Losi folding flap as well as a single piece option made in a flexible material. 
The front screen is also included in this set made from clear polycarbonate, formed and drilled.

Please also note:
While 3D printed parts are strong and we make every effort to use the optimal material for this kit, for heavy crashes the original bodywork may take more of a beating. ALL of our parts will be available separately for replacement in the event of substantial impact. Everything has been tested and during normal use and tumbled, all of our kit parts survived. 

Tip:
If you want to paint the body panels, it's advised to take some time to sand, prime and surface finish. Optimum results of 'factory finish' can be achieved easily with some time and patience. 
If you just want to blast and enjoy riding, bolt everything on and go!  

PLEASE NOTE: Like all our custom parts, these are made in batches. No stock is held so turnaround time could be a couple of weeks. Mail for info if it's urgent.
